SHIPPING POLICY

Thank You for Shopping with MOOD Candles. WE appreciate your business. 

The shipping options below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States and U.S. Territories. For orders shipping outside of the U.S., please contact our Customer Service Team prior to ordering to validate availability for International shipping.

*$8.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping and Handling is available for all orders to the United States, APO/FPO or PO Box destinations. Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.

Additional Shipping Guidelines

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 days of submission. Orders places after 2 p.m. ET Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following business day.

​

Deliveries to PO Boxes may take 3-7 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed and/or shipped on United States federal holidays.

Orders with more than 100 items may not be eligible for shipment.

​

Delivery estimates are based on two factors: the order processing time and time in transit. In stock items will be shipped once item is located, your payment is approved, and and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

 

Please note that it may take longer to ship orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion. You can always check the status of your order online via the USPS website (www.usps.com). 

 

Pandemic/Natural Disasters: During a pandemic or any natural disaster, order processing and shipping may be delayed due to the extra measures we are and our carriers are taking to keep everybody safe. If you have any concerns about delivery timing, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. 

 

If your order includes a pre-order or back-ordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment.

Shipping & handling maybe a taxable service.

​

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by MOOD Candles. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United State, then we consider their U. S. address to be destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or package delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

MOOD Candles Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love all of the products from MOOD Candles.
​

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the  quality of our products, you may return them for a full refund, or exchange  the product for another one, be it similar or not; subject to the terms of our Return Policy:

Five days or less from the date your shipment is delivered, all returns will be credited to the original form of payment; thereafter, all returns will be considered ineligible. Refund amounts will not include shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items(as part of a qualifying purchase)  and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

All products must be returned in the original condition it was received

If You Receive An Incorrect Item Or Something Damaged....
